Purpose of Position:
We are seeking a Sales Representative based in Turkey to represent ImproGen dedicated products business. The primary role of this position is to actively promote the companys products and services to a defined customer base in Turkey & World. The successful candidate is expected to implement a sales plan designed to achieve established sales and financial goals; call on prospective and current company customers; involves technical personnel to resolve customers issues and problems as needed; will participate in the establishment of sales targets and design of the territory’s sales plan and controls sales expenses.

Job Description
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan per customer to strengthen business relationship and increase revenues
- Identify new customers and develop a plan to initiate relationship considering competitive position
- Monitor customer orders, deliveries, quality issues closely and be on top of any opportunities and risks and create an implement action plans in coordination with related departments
- Oversee the timely and accurate offer preparation and contract management processes for customers
- Prepare sales development/performance reports and forecasts for top management
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of key account representatives
Qualifications
- Experience of 10-15 years (preferably diagnostic area)
- Engineering degree from a reputable university (preferably biologist or chemist)
Excellent command of English (Spanish as a 2. language is a plus) - High experience in feasibility and profitability analysis
- Strong organizational and planning skills, ability to use adequate tools
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written, ability to prepare effective customer presentations
- Strong leadership skills, ability to rise to challenges and effectively lead issue resolution processes
- High degree of flexibility, ability to adapt to fast changing conditions
- Ability to make fast, pragmatic, analytical decisions
